BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Jack Chow is a former ambassador-rank diplomat for global health, having served in senior level posts at the US State Department, White House science office and the World Health Organization. He led major international negotiations that created new programs and institutions now delivering vital care to millions of health-needy people worldwide. His unique perspectives on how pandemics and geopolitics collide were highly solicited by the news media during the covid, ebola, AIDS and SARS crises.

He is a longtime lecturer at Carnegie Mellon and Seton Hall universities, inspiring young leaders to engage in world affairs. He delivered major addresses on global health at Yale, Berkeley, Duke, and Penn, among other prominent schools. He has written a book on policymaking along with several articles in leading foreign policy journals and the New York Times about health diplomacy and security. Originally a physician, Jack earned his MD from UCSF, with additional degrees from Penn (BA), Berkeley (MS), UChicago (MBA) and Harvard (MPA).
