BIOGRAPHY
Gwyneth has her own business organising craft fairs and teaching crafts in the NW of England. She is passionate about up-cycling and recycling and has been making and creating forever!

Gwyn was a Deputy Head Teacher and has over 28 years of experience, teaching the youngest children in Nursery through to adults, and enjoys sharing her love of crafting with everyone in a fun and inclusive way.

She Iives on the edge of the Lake District and enjoys travelling, exploring the great outdoors and scouring the charity shops for fabrics, yarn, buttons, glass and anything that can be repurposed, recycled and crafted.

WORKSHOPS & CLASSES
Below are a handful of examples of crafts that can be taught and made during the craft sessions onboard.

Where possible, recycled materials will be sourced and used to create sustainable crafts and travel momentos with the guests.

1. Sock teddies - made from cute, fluffy socks, embellishments and buttons to make a unique and cuddly teddy.

2. Macrame keychain - using colourful macrame string knotting techniques to create a keychain or lanyard for your cruise card.

3. Dream catcher - recycled yarn and beads are used to make this eye catching dream catcher!

4. Button brooch - kilt pins and recycled buttons, combined with jewellery wire create a stunning, stylish brooch.

5. Washi tape and button cards - various colours and textures of tape and recycled, thrifted buttons, are used to make bespoke cards for any occasion.

6. Felt decorations - colourful layered felt and sewing techniques make a string of different sized decorations to hang around the house.

7. Tasselled embroidered bookmark - carefully embroidered card using recycled colourful threads in intricate patterns.

8. Up- cycled felt friends - a selection of felt off-cuts, buttons, beads, lace and blanket stitch are used to make cute animal friends.

9. Hair slide / fascinator / brooch - using fabrics, felts and recycled ‘jewels’ makes an attractive brooch or hair slide.

10. Pebbles Travel game - painted pebbles in a handmade bag from recycled fabrics and jute, create a simple travel game of Tic Tac Toe or Connect 4.

11. Decorated kitchen key holder - a beautifully painted wooden kitchen utensil and small hooks provide a colourful place to hang your keys.
