Rosalind began her career in California, leading wine tours and tasting wines for a wine warehouse near San Francisco. She then ran her own California wine import business in the UK and subsequently became assistant editor of Decanter magazine and later editor of Wine Times, the magazine for members of the highly successful UK Sunday Times Wine Club. Rosalind was an inspector for the influential UK Good Food Guide. She also has led many tours worldwide to discover gourmet restaurants, meet key wine producers and stay in intriguing hotels.
In recent years, Rosalind has written wine columns for many publications and online; she has also edited books and magazines, including French Magazine and The Italian Magazine. She’s passionate about green issues, including organic and biodynamic winemaking and she has been a consultant for the Galapagos Conservation Trust.

I travelled on Braemar and lectured on general wine appreciation, wine pairing, Spanish & Portuguese wines. I also lectured aboard the Saga Pearl ll on Spanish and Portuguese wines and led wine tastings.
In 2023, I spent a total of 6 weeks aboard Saga ships (Spirit of Adventure, Spirit of Discovery) lecturing on wine topics relevant to the ports we were visiting - and I also led tastings onboard with a feature of wine and food pairing.
